Thomas G. Hudson - Chairman
Tom Hudson is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Muve, Inc., a Mayo
Clinic IP company that provides tools, software (SAAS) technology and coaching services
to help individuals lose weight. Before joining Muve, Inc., Mr. Hudson was the Chief
Executive Officer of Global Capacity, a start-up company that provides integrated
communications logistics software solutions worldwide. Prior to joining Global Capacity
in June of 2005, Mr. Hudson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CNT,
a provider of wide area storage networks, since June 1996, as a director since August
1996 and as Chairman of the board of directors since May 1999.
From 1993 to June 1996, Mr. Hudson served as Senior Vice President of McGraw Hill
Companies, a leading information services provider, serving also as General Manager
of its F.W. Dodge Division, and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
From 1968 to 1993, Mr. Hudson served as Vice President and General Manager in a
number of management positions at IBM Corporation. Mr. Hudson is a graduate of the
University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and New York
University with an MBA in finance. Mr. Hudson attended the Harvard Advanced Management
Program in 1990. Mr. Hudson previously served on the board of directors of CGSY,
CNT, McData Corp, Lawson Software, Ciprico, Plat Software, Incentra Solutions, all
publicly traded companies and two private companies, Wyndstrom and MQSoftware.
Malcolm Hutchinson - CEO and President
Malcolm is a highly experienced Australian Executive and entrepreneur residing in
Switzerland with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He
was an executive at CEO level (10 years) in Australian local government, worked
on United Nations IT projects for 4 years then became a serial entrepreneur.
He has founded, operated and sold several start-ups in Australia and Switzerland
including Living PlanIT SA, WISeKey SA, InfoMat Systems Pty Ltd and ITNetworks Inc.
He was named as one of the IT industry’s "Movers and Shakers" by IT Watch USA in
2001 and has held public sector positions such as National Executive Director of
the Institute of Municipal Management, board member of the International City Management
Association (USA) and Chief Executive of the City of Kew.
Robert Coleridge – CIO and Board member
A long time Systems Analyst/Software Engineer with over 35 years' experience in
various IT industries, 12 of those years at Microsoft as a Senior Software Design
Engineer. During those years he spent the majority of his time in the areas of creating
and building strategic and visionary working prototypes for a number of the executives.
While at Microsoft Robert also had the opportunity to play key roles in the development
and vision that was to become .NET and WCF. He designed and implemented Microsoft's
first SOAP toolkit which today is better known as web services. Today more than
6 billion devices including every smart phone relies on the software Robert helped
create.
He has a unique combination of qualifications including theology and technology.
Robert has worked around the world on numerous high profile assignments including
the USA, Canada, UK, Portugal and New Zealand.
Chris Dengler – CTO and Board member
Formerly a Senior Software Design Engineer with Microsoft Corporation and one of
the two original architects and developers of what became known as Web Services
and .NET, now being used on more than 6 billion devices worldwide. He travelled
widely with Bill Gates, Microsoft's Chairman and Chief Architect and other senior
Microsoft executives introducing the concept of Web Services at many high profile
technical conferences and venture forums such as the PDC, TechEd, and many more.
Chris' work is found running in many large corporations and infrastructures commonplace
across all industry segments, such as Microsoft, Sony, Verizon, Volkswagen, Trans
World Entertainment Corporation, Honeywell, US Airways, Costco, PetSmart, and American
Express to name just a few.
Chris was the Chief Software Architect for US Airways, completing the total reconstruction
of usairways.com back end infrastructure, design and function as well as a complete
new front end. Combined, it was US Airways first attempt of Service Oriented Architecture
(SOA).
Chris also created the architecture for Microsoft's internal "Idea Generation Tool"
called "Greenhouse". The Greenhouse idea was delivered directly to Steve Ballmer
and then cultivated through various teams based upon Chris' architecture and idea.
As the holder of several patents he continues to invent new ways to make life simpler
and more productive through the use of applied technology.
